"I am very sensitive to caffein and other stimulants. After taking Natrol for 3 days I could hardly fall asleep and woke up early. The proprietary blend obviously includes some sort of stimulants, so I can take one pill in the morning (if at all) and the effectiveness is not guaranteed anymore."

"I have tried several different brands of CLA and to date NONE of them have done a thing for fat burning and I exercise 5 to 6 days a week. I do cardio, weights, yoga, classical stretch, pilates and different workout videos. It doesn't matter the fat is still attached to me! Another rainbow I chased for too long and way too many times! :("
