"I've take many forms of garlic over the past several years. I recently deceided to give the aged garlic a try b/c I was told me it was better. I'm not sure yet about it's effectiveness but I have had no side effects from taking this Kyolic garlic. Every other type of garlic, and I tried many, had a side effect that was distracting. Try it you'll like it better that the one your taking now."
