Directions: For a bath, pour into running warm water. For a shower, apply liberally to the skin and massage muscles and joints.

So Relaxing.... Kiss My Face products are premire, top-of-line, and a couple of squirts or capfuls of Anti-Stress Shower Gel mixed with 2 cups of Epsom salts in a warm, bathtub of water, is the perfect way to wash away the day...enjoy! July 5, 2011
My favorite shower gel mild and pleasant smell,calm you in the night and revive you in the morning. I tried a bottle first and was so in love with this product and after it was done i keep remembering the subtle fragrance and its calming power.so i reorder two bottles.Problem is my wife discover my secret and so they are almost done.....time to order again. Parabens Just a little warning for this product, read the ingredient label very carefully. I did not and usually LOVE this company's products, however, you'll note that the last couple of ingredients are parabens. If this concerns you, which it does me, you won't want to buy this otherwise delightful product. October 26, 2009
