Ingredients: Long Grain Rice, Mung Beans, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cumin & Sea Salt.
Cooking Directions
1. Rinse rice and Mung beans 3 to 4 times with water. Drain.
2. In a medium saucepan add 3 1/2 cups of water, spice blend and the rice/beans mixture and bring to a boil.
3. Cover and reduce heat to low. Stir occasionally.
4. Simmer 20–25 minutes or until all water is absorbed and rice is tender.
5. Stir lightly and serve hot.
