Longtime favorite Been using since first came out about 10 years ago.. Nails show improvement in a 2-3 weeks. Hair thickens but takes longer to tell.. Can't comment about bones and joints but am doing fine so far No fishy smell. Can't taste or smell at all. November 14, 2009
Great Product This year, I tried at least 4 different brands of silica. I found this one to be the best so far. This form is highly absorbable. I notice a difference in my hair and skin within 24 hours after using this. The price is really reasonable too. September 29, 2009
