"I read about sam-e hoping to improve my mood. I was also concerned that I needed these amino acids since I have been a vegetarian and not eaten red meat for 20 years. I definately see positive results: elevated mood, mostly due to deep uninterrupted sleep, and a quiet mind during the daytime. I achieved these results after taking sam-e daily for 6 weeks. I'm on my 3rd month and continue to take one nightly. I highly recommend for elevated mood, deep sleep, and quieting a restless mind."
