Methylcobalamin (Methyl B-12) is better absorbed and retained than other forms of B-12 (such as cyanocobalamin.) Methyl B-12 protects nerve tissue and brain cells and promotes healthy sleep. Methyl B-12 is a cofactor of methionine synthase, which reduces toxic homocysteine to the essential amino acid methionine. Methylcobalamin also protects eye function against toxicity caused by excess glutamate. Each lozenge provides 5 milligrams of B-12.

Great stuff
Just what I needed to kick off my day. At 73, I need a little jump start in the morning and this B12 does the trick.
I have always used supplements and am feeling better than most 50 year old people that I know.

Methyl B-12
I buy this regularly for my dad who just turned 82. He loves it and says it really gives him a lift. My family also takes B-12 in the Methyl form. It's really critical for us since we're vegetarians.

Take half and half
I got these seem to be too strong for me so I use half in the morning and the other half at night 3 times a week, they seem to work pretty good!

The BEST B12 Supplement I've Found!
I've tried several brands of sublingual methylcobalamine, and this is the only one that I've found which eliminates my symptoms of B12 deficiency. Since cyanocobalamine must be converted to be useful, and I've read that many people aren't able to do so effectively, I choose this form.
