Homeopathic Formula: Each 4 gr. tablet contains: plant extract of PASSIFLORA 1X Triple Strength (Passion Flower), AVENA SATIVA 1X Double Strength (Oat), HUMULUS LUPULUS 1X Double Strength (Hops), CHAMOMILLA 2X (Chamomile)

Directions: Adults: As a relaxant: 1 to 2 tablets as needed 3 times daily, preferably before meals. In insomnia: 1 to 3 tablets 1/2 to 1 hour before retiring. Repeat if needed without danger of side effects.

Children: As a relaxant: 1 tablet 3 times daily, preferably before meals. In insomnia: 1 to 2 tablets 1 hour before retiring.

WARNINGS: Do not use if imprinted cap band is missing or broken. If symptoms persist for more than seven days or worsen, consult a healthcare Professional. Very Pleased! I have used Calm's off and on for years. They work well for relieving general anxiety or stress, and they help me fall asleep at night. The tablets need to be taken with water, so they aren't always super convenient. They are, however, very effective. I highly recommend these! March 28, 2012
