Directions: Adults & Children ages 6-12: 4 tablets. Children ages 1-6: 2 tablets. Dissolve under tongue 3 times a day. Use more frequently (every 15 minutes for up to 8 doses) with acute conditions.

WARNINGS: Do not use if imprinted cap band is broken or missing. If symptoms persists for more than seven days or worsen, contact a licensed healthcare provider. dependable I keep a bottle of these by my bedside and if I have a stuffy nose, think I am coming down with a cold or a slight cough....I muscle test to see if I need it and if so, I pop 4 under my tongue...would not be without these. December 28, 2011
An Excellent Choice Essentially all 12 of these Homeopathic Tissue Salts are very effective. I have used these cell salts for over 20 years, and highly recommend them. There are 12 such salts and according to the philosophy, every ailment we have comes from a deficiency of one or more or these salts. Not sure about that, but each of the 12 salts has health issues it helps with. I have used them all and they do help. This particular salt helps with inflammation issues.
