Directions

Best I have ever used I am 89 years old and have fallen twice hurting both legs each time. By putting this on my legs it relieves the pain and cramps that I have. this ointment really works I don't know how it works, it just does. Like a previous reviewer, I keep a tube by my bed for those 'wake up' foot, ankle and leg cramp moments that disrupt my sleep. This ointment is the greatest and it smells pleasant too. January 30, 2010
