Hyland's Arnica Montana 30x 250 Tabs - Swanson Health Products

Active ingredient: Arnica Montana 30X.

Directions: Adults dissolve 4 tablets under the tongue 4 times per day, children 2 tablets as above. In acute cases take 4 tablets every hour until relieved, or as directed by a licensed practitioner.

WARNINGS: Do not use if cap band is broken or missing. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen, consult a licensed practitioner. Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children.

"I always have some arnica montana on hand. It is super for sore muscles and bruising; even the soreness after a vigorous workout. The only challenge with homeopathic remedies is to make sure to take them at least 15-30 minutes before or after food and drink."

"I started taking this after getting a fracture in a bone in a foot. It helped for that and afterward i discovered it was just as helpful for backache, neckache [spinal related], and general aches.

From reading what this is for, I seem to be getting more results than what this is targeted for. HA! I also use the arnica montana 6x at same time, 3 or 4 times a day, but not for more than a few days at a time.

I stopped using the new Swansons Homeopathic super duper one because it didn't work as well as this 6x and 30x, and because theirs wouldn't dissolve sublingually!

I prefer this brand just slightly over the Boericke & Tafel brand, but they are both probably nearly identical. Different body types do better with one brand or another."
