best product out there
My husband has had sleep problems for a long time,so I thought I'd give this a try. We are both really happy with the results. Peaceful sleep, no wierd dreams, and no hangover. I have also told many friends about this product; they like it too.

It helps me sleep.
Calms Forte has been helping me relax and get to sleep for many years. If I wake up in the night and can't get back to sleep, I simply take a tablet and I can get back to sleep. It's such a simple wonderful remedy without side effects, as it is homeopathic

Works for my husband and I
When restless and can't get to sleep we take these and they usually work on the first dose.... only once or twice have we needed to take more... then we sleep peacefully and are not groggy in the morning. =)

Amazed

we've been using this for years. personally, i find sometimes i need five tablets (label suggests 4) to help with sleeping.

This -along with Hyland's 'Insomnia' product- helps my daughter sleep well.
This is also helpful for any anxiety-ridden moments: she takes one under the tongue, takes a deep breath, and within minutes, she feels grounded and able to better deal with the situation.
All this without any side-effects.

It did not work for me
Calms Forte' did not help at all with my troubled sleep. It may be affecting different people differently, considering how many good reviews it gets. On the good side, it gave me no side effect. I will not buy it again.

My 12 yr. old son uses it and I do too, it works for us. Always have some extra on hand.

Great Product!
This product is great to help you unwind so that you can catch some much needed Z's. It is also great to use in the middle of the night, if you find yourself waking up too much! We use the children's formula too.

Great Stuff!
I've used 1 tab on those nights when I was anxious or felt I hadn't been sleeping well the past couple of nights. This doesn't knock me out; it relaxes me to the point where I just drift off into bliss.
My husband takes 2 or 3 on those nights he doesn't sleep, which is fairly often. In fact, he just told me of having insomnia about a week ago, taking a couple of tabs, and he said he managed to get a few more hours of sleep, so it's helped him immeasurably.

Love Calm's
I suffer from a long-term chronic illness where I periodically have to take high-dose steroids which cause a lot of sleeplessness. Calm's Forte really does the trick to get me settled down and I sleep so much better now that I have them.

Have used Calms Forte from Health Food Store.
As A post-menopausal lady with sleep issues at time, this product is wonderful, especially when your mind is racing at night. I've had very good luck with it and have recommended it to my girl friends.

Good Product
I've been taking Calms Forte for about 2 weeks when I need to unwind during the day. It does calm me down a notch or two. I also take the prescribed dosage when I want to sleep. I will fall sleep quickly but then wake up after 4 hours. So, you be the judge.

Lives up to it's name!
Calmes Forté does exactly what it says it will on the box. One in the afternoon if you're having a stressful day is soothing. Two at night to go to sleep more easily works for both myself and my dear 90 year old mother. Safe and easy to use and effective!

It's hard to tell, but it seems to help calm down and sleep. If you're in serious insomnia, don't expect this to do the trick.

Great Safe Supplement
Since starting menopause, I've not been able to sleep. Calms Forte has been a God send, as it give me the boost to fall asleep and stay asleep. I love the fact that it is all natural and I'm not filling my body with chemicals.

Calm's Forte
This product works and is very gentle. You will never know you have taken it except for the rest that you are able to get from it. I have never worried about having it in my home either, after asking a pharmacist about child safety issues.
I wake up in the middle of the night, unable to go back to sleep and just reach over and grab two tablets. I chew them slightly (very mild, appealing flavor) and back to sleep I go.

Old Reliable
I cannot tell you how many expensive sleep formulas I've tried without success. Maybe 10-12? 3 of these right before bed does the trick for me like nothing else.
