Heel BHI Calming is a homeopathic treatment that temporarily provides feelings of relief and tranquility. It works on insomnia, restlessness, anxiety and symptoms of PMS. Heel Calming is safe for adults and children 6 years of age and older.

Active Ingredients: Each 300 mg tablet contains: Chamomilla 2X, Humulus lupulus 2X, Passiflora incarnata 2X, Valeriana officinalis 2X, Veratrum album 4X, Ignatia amara 8X, Coffea cruda 10X, Moschus 10X, Sulphur 12X, Nux vomica 30X 30 mg each.

Inactive ingredients: Lactose, magnesium stearate.

Dosage: Adults and children above 6 years: 1 tablet subligually or dissolved completely in mouth 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Infants and children to 6 years: 1/2 the adult dosage.

WARNING: If symptoms persist or worsen, a physician should be consulted. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using this product. Store tightly closed at room temperature. Protect from light and moisture. Keep this and all medicines out of the reach of children.
