Humphreys Witch Hazel & Jasmine Toner is specially formulated to provide purity and balance to skin prior to moisturizing. This alcohol free formula features witch hazel, jasmine, organic lavender, aloe and calendula.

Ingredients: Filtered water, hamamelis virginiana (witch hazel) water, lavandula angustifolia* (lavender) all plant essence, aloe barbadensis leaf juice*, panthenol (pro-vitamin B5), sodium PCA, vegetable glycerin, polysorbate 20, lavandula angustifolia* (lavender), arnica montana, camellia sinensis (white tea), calendula officinalis (calendula), chamomilla recutita (chamomile), and cucumis sativus (cucumber) extracts, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate (vitamin C), citric acid, salicylic acid, phenoxyethanol (rose essence), ethylhexylglycerin, jasminum officinale (jasmine) extract, and essential oil blend.

Directions: After cleansing, moisten a soft cotton ball or pad with toner and gently wipe face and neck.
