Health Plus 100% Pure Psyllium Husk is a soluble fiber that aids in a healthy digestive system and colon detoxification. It also supports regularity, heart health and weight management. Mix into juice, water or milk for a natural source of fiber. No sugar, salt, starch, calories, fat or protein.

Active Ingredients: Approx. 8 grams of pure psyllium husk fiber in each heaping tablespoon.

Adult dosage: Individuals who lack sufficient fiber in their diet may take 1–2 heaping tablespoons in 10 to 12 ounces of juice, water, or milk. 1–3 times a day. Mix well before drinking.

Caution: Keep this and all medications out of reach of children. Store below 86° F (30° C).
