Active ingredients: Zincum Aceticum 2x, Zincum Gluconicum 2x
Purpose: Reduces duration and severity of the common cold.
Inactive Ingredients: coconut oil, corn syrup, corn syrup solids, glycerin, natural and artificial flavors, FD&C Red No. 40, soy lecithin, sucralose, sucrose, sugar, water.
Directions: For best results, use at the first sign of a cold and continue to use for an additional 48 hours after symptoms subside.
Adults and children six years of age and older:

Take one chewable square at onset of symptoms. Chew thoroughly before swallowing.
Repeat every three hours until symptoms are gone.
To avoid minor stomach upset, do not take on an empty stomach.
Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Do not eat or drink citrus fruits or juices for 30 minutes before or after. Otherwise drink plenty of fluids.
Not recommended for children under 6 years of age due to the hazard of choking.
WARNING: Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist or are accompanied by fever. Zicam® Cold Remedy was formulated to shorten the duration of the common cold and may not be effective for flu or allergies.
