best feline supplement for all ages
I have 3 cats, momma Zoey
and brother and sister, Scraps and Zone. Zoey was around 3 at the time of her consecutive pregnancies. Having kept one from each litter they all range in age from 3-6 now. I feed them either a wet/dry mix or purely dry food. When I do mix the wet and dry, however, I am always sure to mix in a spoonful of Barley Cats. From the second I introduced this product to my cats, they all loved it. Which I LOVED considering the heathful benefits of it. Today Momma is running around playing with the other two as if she were their age. And, being that they are indoor cats, I love that this product allows me to introduce more greens into their diet. Great stuff, anyone with a kitty they love should try it! And this is a great price too :)

My cats are obsessed with this
I have three cats who are all in love with Barley Cat. They have a special meow that they do when they want it, which is at least once a day. They'll eat it on top of their dry food, on wet food, or just plain, dumped out on a plate. (It's a very fine green powder...it doesn't look particularly appetizing but they just can't get enough.) I particularly like using it in the winter, when I can't give them fresh grass from outside. It seems to make them happier in general. Swanson's price is by far the cheapest I've seen anywhere.

Great Product
I have been successfully using this product for over 10 years on my cats. Annie will be 16 this month and is very spry and healthy. I just sprinkle a bit on her food each meal. If I forget, she will look at the food and look at me to remind me I forgot the Barley Cat. Since my cats are strictly indoors this product makes sure they get the extra nourishment needed for a healthy body.

Benefits debatable
I gave this powder to my 4 cats hoping it would help with some specific conditions they have. The powder is very fine ground. I anticipated this supplement would last 4 months but it has only lasted 2 months. I haven't seen any real benefit, and since the cost is prohibitive, I'll seek out something else to try.
