I have purchased this coconut oil a couple of times now, so far I only have used it on my skin as a moisturizer, it has a nice light coconut fragrance. I have not cooked with it yet and hope to try that soon.

Best Coconut Oil Ever
Garden of Life Coconut oil is soooo very good.
I use it for a lot of things. I also eat a spoon full

a favorite
coconut oil has such a variety of uses. i prefer the garden of life version due to its subtle, smooth flavor and texture, to go along with a mild scent. it comes in a glass jar instead of plastic, and that is a plus

the applications for coconut oil are seemingly endless. i like the garden of life version as it has a smooth, subtle flavor, and mild scent. the fact that it comes in a glass jar instead of plastic also is a plus.

Excellent Cocunut Oil
This product is wonderful when used in place of butter or margarine in cookie recipes. Especially oatmeal/raisin cookies.

Awesome Oil
Hubby and I enjoy the quality, flavor, and consistency of Garden Life Coconut Oil.. We use it on just about everything. Our pancakes never tasted so go. Hubby especially likes how it tastes and melts faster than butter, when spread on toast etc. We also use it on our skin. We believe we are better off using Garden of Life Coconut oil whenever we can..
Give it a try.....I think you'll like it.

Good as Any
We are a family who goes through coconut oil by the gallon (which is how we usually purchase it). But, when our co-op is out of stock, Swanson is there and always comes through. This brand is as good as any. It seems to not harden as easy as other brands...that can be helpful when using it to spread on toast, etc..
The cost is competitive and if you can order when Swanson has free shipping or a sale going on, all the better! I love that this brand is raw, organic, and comes in a glass jar.

Worth every penny!
This is one of the best investments I've made with regards to health/supplements. Personally, I like my coconut oil to taste and smell coconutty since I'm in love with anything coconut. Something to be aware of about this brand if that is something you dislike, but considering it's benefits I would still take this even if I didn't like the taste.
Some of the ways I use this....
-On my hair as a deep treatment (not in winter since it solidifies at a relatively high temp)
-Cooking. I use it in place of recipes that call for butter or any other type of oil.
-I use this for energy to fuel my workouts. I just take about a tbsp straight approx. an hour before I workout. I can also a tbsp in my coffee when I don't feel like taking it straight.
On a side note, I've also notices this helps "clean out my digestive system." I'm assuming this is what is doing it because I have not done anything different in my routine since I started taking this. Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone!

I love Garden Of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, It adds such a nice hint of coconut flavor to everything from cakes to chicken. Tastes & smells GREAT.

Really great product for a really great price!!!
I love this in my coffee. One spoon makes my peanut butter cookies taste great and really moist. Has more coconut flavor than other coconut oils I have tried and Swanson gets it to you packed really well.

healthy oil
