Suggested Use: Shake well before each use. As a dietary supplement take:
2–6 years old: ½ tablespoon daily
6–12 years old: ½ tablespoon, twice daily
Over 12 years old: ½ tablespoon, 3 to 4 times daily
Product can also be mixed in small amount of water or juice if desired.
