Formulated by renowned author and nutritionists Udo Erasmus, PhD, this blend contains oil from organic flax, sunflower and sesame seeds, evening primrose oil and the bran of rice and oats. The "minor" ingredients from the grains also provide significant benefits. This oil blend is cold-pressed in a state-of-the-art low heat, light and oxygen-free environment. Each two-capsule serving contains 840 mg of omega-3s and 420 mg of both omega-6 and -9.
