organic folic acid this is the only ORGANIC WHOLE FOOD folic acid I have ever found- swanson is the cheapest by far on the internet,,,their customer service rocks! been on it a few weeks....not sure of the efficacy, but i havent had any side effects from it, which is good since i react to everything!
