Recommendations: One UltraCap daily between meals with a full glass of water. Do not take other dietary supplements or prescription drugs three hours before or after taking Complete Metal Cleanse, as it may reduce effectiveness of this product. Use for four-week periods between cleansings with Enzymatic Therapy's Whole Body Cleanse or Simple Cleanse. For maximum support, use for eight-week periods between cleansings. Do not exceed three eight-week periods in one year unless directed by a healthcare practitioner.
