**FCCFIP is the newest addition to the fourth version of the Food Chemical Codex. The FCC is the only FDA approved way of measuring plant based enzymes.
Recommended usage: 1 capsule at the beginning of every meal. It is important to note that everyone is different. The factors to consider are: 1) the amount of food consumed, 2) if alcohol was included with the meal, 3) the health of the individual, and 4) the efficiency of the individual's digestive system. More may be recommended based on the considerations above.
