Ingredients: Castile Soap (Water (Aqua), Cocos nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Tall Oil, Potassium Hydroxide), Glycerin, Melaleuca alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil*, Chamomilla recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Hydrastis canadensis (Goldenseal) Root Extract, Hedychium coronarium Root Extract (Awapuhi), Fucus vesiculosus Extract (Bladderwrack), Cymbopogon martini Oil (Palmarosa), Citrus aurantium amara (Bitter Orange) Peel Oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Chamomilla recutita (Matricaria) Flower Oil, Calendula officinalis Flower Oil, Callitris intratropica Wood Oil (Blue Cypress)

Directions: Moisten face with warm water and gently massage a small amount of Desert Essence Thoroughly Clean Face Wash in circular motions onto the cheeks, chin, forehead, and neck, avoiding contact with eyes. Continue for approximately one minute, then rinse thoroughly with cool water. Follow this procedure twice daily.

"I thought I'd give this product a try as I'd like to make healthier choices regarding healthcare and food for my family. After using this product for more than two weeks, I can say I'm very pleased with it and will continue its use. The smell was a little strong, and for those of us who might be a little new to this organic lifestyle, is a little odd too. The smell doesn't seem to stay on after rinsing, however, and its not really bad, just different. The product is rather thin in consistancy as another reviewer noted. Their idea of putting it in a foam dispenser is one that I'm now considering as it would be less wasteful and certainly would increase its value even further. I have combination skin and am surprised that my face gets squeaky clean with a product that has tree "oil" in it. I'm going to order more for each of my three teenage sons! It seems that Desert Essence makes reputable products. I'm going to try more."

"I've been using this face wash for about 4 months. While it does seem to clean my face and make it feel healthy, I have noticed that it really does not do much to stop my oily skin. The dispenser is a bit awkward too because the liquid is so thin that I find myself losing some through my fingers every time I use it. If you are looking for an affordable, basic face wash with natural ingredients, you should like this. If you have an oily complexion, I would suggest looking at face washes made exclusively to handle that issue."
