The formula for Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Almond Bar Soap comes from, Emmanuel Bronner, a third-generation German-Jewish master soapmaker. He brought the family's Old World soap recipes to the US in the late 1920s and established what has become the top-selling natural blend of liquid and bar soaps in America. In addition to producing an exceptional lather and smooth afterfeel, Dr. Bronner's soaps support fair trade, organic agriculture and a healthy environment.

Ingredients: Saponified organic coconut*, organic palm and organic olive* oils (w/retained glycerin), water, organic hemp oil, organic jojoba oil, natural bitter almond fragrance, salt, citric acid, vitamin E.

"Smells good enough to eat! Rich, creamy feeling and leaves you so soft! Shave with it and you will be amazed! So non-irritating that I use it on my face, where even dermatologist recommended products fail for me. Use it anywhere you need soap: kitchen, laundry, pets.... Im trying to figure out how to use in a carpet cleaning machine....
Dr Bronners is magic, like the label says! And swansons can only win higher raves from me by keeping their in-store sale price as the normal price (in-store/online). These bars are pricey, I wish we could get a break on these...."
