There's no need to keep different absorbencies or sizes on hand because the DivaCup conveniently accommodates your changing flow. The DivaCup is designed to give you worry-free protection throughout your day and can be used overnight. Easy-to-use detailed instructions enclosed. Sizing Chart: Model 1: For women under 30 years old who have never delivered vaginally or by c-section. Model 2: For women over 30 years old and/or for women who have delivered vaginally or by c-section. The DivaCup accommodates your changing flow: Simply empty 2–3 times per 24 hours, wash and reinsert. Can be worn confidently overnight and is perfect for traveling.

Pays for itself in a few months Great product! It paid for itself within 3 months as it cut way down on the monthly purchases of pads and tampons. Works great if you have heavy flow as it will last much longer than a tampon. It took me awhile to get comfortable with it, but it was worth sticking with. March 23, 2012
great green idea the Diva cup seems to work very well no leaking. I purchased because I wanted to cut down on my landfill contribution I definitely think this will help me accomplish that goal. If you are comfortable with tampons I believe you could get comfortable with the Diva Cup. March 5, 2012
thank you yes thank you for carrying this. ladies if you don't have one you better run to get one.this is just THE BEST. unless you have an allergy to silicon(i've never heard of one but who knows) you MUST get one and see by yourself.it is not messy, fits so well that you can forget you have one, no leaking when put in the right way, no smell, best for the environment and your pocket and last for a loong time( i have been using the cup number 1 since 2004 even after giving birth to my child and switched just to see if it will feel the same to me and best of all swanson has the best price). no need to be fancy here. ladies you know what i'm talking about. bottom line, buy one and see for yourself. thank you November 30, 2011
