Best value in Vit D! I love the convenience of the 4,000 IU drops. I don't need water to swallow anything and it is easy to drop this directly into my mouth or on a spoonful of food. My dose is 4000IU, but even if yours is less, you can easily skip a day or two or even take this once a week, without compromising anything. There is no taste to it at all! March 24, 2012
