Effective and Gentle
Some magnesium supps may affect the bowel and cause unwanted changes in consistency... This magnesium is bound with taurine which I have found to be most gentle (even at higher dosages).

Wish it wasn't quite so expensive but is a good product. Mag Taurate is fairly easy on the stomach and doesn't cause a lot of stomach duress or diarrhea....which is always nice!

Great Absorption
Magnesium Taurate is one of the best forms of Magnesium for the body to easily absorb. I noticed a great difference in absorption when I tried Magnesium Citrate -vs- Magnesium Taurate. It is more expensive, but considering it absorbs the best, it is well worth the cost. It wil be the only one I use now, and in the future. Even Dr.Carolyn Dean recommends it in her book "The Magnesium Miracle.

I have tried a lot different magnesium products and this one without a doubt, is the best I have found for my needs!

Helps me sleep well when taken before bed and also helps with digestion. The price is very competitive...it is a superior product.
