Country Life offers the unique Target-Mins Calcium-Magnesium with Vitamin D-3 Complex delivery system for increased effectiveness with mineral supplementation. First, we use a complex of free-form amino acids and organic acids combined for increased absorption. Second, we use a 2:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium, as well as a 2:1 ratio of calcium to phosphorus. Based on these proven ratios, this product contains 1,000 mg of calcium, 500 mg of magnesium, and 500 mg of phosphorus. Third, we add vitamin D-3, which has been shown to support proper regulation of the body's calcium/phosphorus ratio and activate osteoblast function to support healthy bone structures.

Works great! Tastes great! I love having Calcium and Magnesium in the liquid form. It tastes great and to me is easier to digest than the pills which sometimes made me fell nausea.I find taking it at night helps me fall asleep. You just have to remember to shake the product well first. The only suggestion I have is that I wish that they would add zinc to the product. August 6, 2011

Easy Way to Take Calcium I have tried so many ways to take calcium and have always given up because it was just too difficult to take. The pills are huge and I had to take too many every day. The chews were OK, but hard to remember and had to take several times a day. This liquid is easy to take, tastes OK, and has all the calcium I need in one serving, although I try to split it into 2 servings a day. December 27, 2010
So much better than pills Love this stuff! I always had a hard time getting the calcium I need because the pills are so inconvenient -- 3-6 a day and they're usually huge! One capful of this is all you need. Tastes fine; not too chalky at all. I won't go back to swallong pills. Highly recommended. June 16, 2010
