Title:Disturbing Side effects

"Just an FYI:

I am in my 20's and in medical school and I tried both this product and Neuro PS from vitamin world for about a week until I had to discontinue them because I had paresthesia (i.e., pins and needles) in my left arm that would last all day. I am not sure if it was a cardiovascular/neural side effect but it was a big red flag for me to stop using the product immediately (after which the paresthesia went in about 24 hours).

It could just be me but I wanted to let everyone know that this is a potential (unexplained) side effect."

"Of all the memory products that contain phosphatydlserine and related compounds in them, so far, this one has helped me more with my "senior moments" and basic recall. For me, it seems to help me trace down a memory better by thinking of related things and thereby eventually coming to what I wanted to recall in the first place. So far, I have tried several other brands, even Swanson's own, but this one works better for me!"

"I am 34 years old and I love this stuff. I have used some form of this product over the last 10 years or so and have found it to be very helpful with daily mental challenges such as concentration, memory and recall. It also reduces that "mental fog" that can get annoying. When lives get busy we need all the help we can get to keep everything straight and this product helps with that immensely.
