Great Value for Quality Product I really like the combination of Calcium, Vitamin D & Magnesium. Since taking calcium alone can constipate you, Magnesium helps to control this side effect. March 18, 2009

Best supplement find We were always accustomed to the hard, chalky calcium tabs from the drugstore. Needless to say the more potent they were the larger they got. Hard tabs seemed to take forever to dissolve in the stomach and of course managed to repeat themselves. Finding this easy to swallow and digestible calcium capsule makes it a much more pleasant experience. March 19, 2008
