Boericke & Tafel Arniflora is a modern pharmaceutical preparation containing 8% tincture of Arnica montana. Arnica montana tincture is a medicine that has been used for centuries to relieve the after effects of falls, blows, sports injuries and overexertion. It makes black-and-blue marks go away faster and relieves the pain, swelling and stiffness caused by physical trauma. In addition to using Arnica Montana to relieve pain and stiffness, some athletes use it as a preventative, immediately applying it after over-exercising or receiving a minor injury to ward off pain, stiffness and black-and-blue marks.

Active ingredient (HPUS): Arnica montana 1X 8% in a witch hazel base.

Directions: For adults & children 2 years & older: Apply to affected area not more than 4 times daily. Massage gently or use compress. Children under 2: Consult a doctor.

WARNINGS: Do not use on broken skin. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use of this product & consult a doctor if redness occurs or condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and recur again within a few days. Keep out of the reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

Great for sore muscles! I purchased this product after seeing it on a talk show for sore muscles. It really worked! It did not take the pain away completely, but significantly reduced it. Love that it's natural and not smelly like sports cream! March 30, 2012
gel works, non-greasy, absorbs! "I have bought herbals, vitamins & nutrients and studied hundreds of hours over 10 years, but had avoided homeopathy. People in my Swedenborgian church were hip to homeopathy, having links to European traditions. When I had an issue, they said to try arnica. I use arnica gel which I highly recommend for the neck and shoulders, in my case, and previously, for a foot. I ordered this and have used it as directed on occasion, for no longer (in my case) than a couple of weeks at a time. I have reordered after it finally ran out, which tells you something.
