An incredibly informative book I am part way through reading this book and am totally impressed with its contents. I do have a medically related background which allows me to appreciate the level of information presented. The contents are laid out beautifully and the author has certainly presented the information in an accessible format. You can either read the book through from cover to cover or use it as a reference book for specific information regarding the importance of magnesium to specific aspects of health systems. I have been recommending this book to friends and acquaintances since reading the first two chapters. December 20, 2010
