Can't be without So, I've never done a review in my life, but after my third bottle of these, I figured I should contribute. 1. they taste like candy, and 2. they keep everything working as they should. I wish I could get into detail, but I see free speech is a thing of the past (not swansons fault of course). But it's helped with A LOT of things I had going on! But my digestion is awesome, and skin is looking better. I take it before every meal with a fiber pill and I'm good to go. Thanks swanson January 30, 2012
I give these to my 8 yr old daughter! She loves the taste of them! I cant however tell anyone how well they work...but i will say she doesnt complain about them! SHe is a very picky eater etc, so when i find something she can tolerate, i run with it! January 15, 2012
