"I think that this form is quite acceptable...but the easiest way to take it and to avoid the complaint of not having it dissolve is to pop the amount right into your mouth and then drink water immediately. It's got quite a pleasant taste, a little grainy, but if you drink water fast it's quite nice."

"I got results from the product as with too much it did loosen my stools, so I know that it's doing what it claims it would if you take too much. I've only had it for 3 days so I'm waiting for other results. The only thing I don't like about it so far is that it DOESN'T dissolve in cold or warm water and has lots of sediment at bottom of cup, which I needed to keep adding more water to get it out."
