No sugar needed I have purchased this tea twice. I find the taste quite good when I use one detox bag mixed with plain tea bags or other flavored Yogi teas and water for iced tea. I can have a flavorful drink with detox qualities without added calories. Do not use more than one or two bags detox tea for a 2 qt container though or you'll be bathroom bound. September 10, 2011

Bold flavor - Warm At first I didn't care much for the tea... its very bold. The second time I tried it I started to like it. It is a warming tea and is very aromatic. I like to use this on days when I eat very lightly... works great to curb my appetite (but that's me). Tea is good alone or lightly sweetened with agave or honey. January 2, 2010
Great cleansing tea! I am a tea fanatic and love to have a variety in stock. I drink this tea whenever my system feels sluggish or after holidays when I haven't been eating especially healthy. It helps me feel cleaner and get back on track. This detox tea has a VERY strong herbal taste. I love it strong but those that are used to drinking Celestial Seasonings type teas should note that Yogi teas have a very distinct and different kind of flavor. August 11, 2009
