Good Choice Magnesium I have tried a number of Magnesium products and found this one easier on the system and without the usual flushing of the digestive tract. That's a big plus and one less side effect that I can easily do without! April 4, 2012
Excellent Product Blood test revealed I was low on magnesium. I used several other more expensive products before learning that magnesium chloride is the most effective form. One daily tablet & I feel much better & my labs show a magnesium increase. Swanson's has great prices, as always. March 17, 2012
Effective but very messy This type of Magnesium was suggested as highly absorbable and effective. Let me tell you it is! It practically crumbles when taking it out of the container. Don't put it in your daily vitamin reminder with other pills as the moisture from gel caps will break it down quickly as it is a hard tablet that will crumble if you just look at it wrong. I think it is doing what it's supposed to do. Along with my multiple times per day himalayan salt solution and getting more magnesium into my body I am really on my way to sleeping better. This in itself is a really big deal. Off to get some zzzzzzz'ssss January 5, 2011
