Rapid acting & effective My wife and I (are both over 40 years old) have previously used Avena sativa in the capsule form. It worked adequately, but not phenomenally (Avena sativa is harvested in the milky stage, thus keeping its original constitution means not altering its form). After discovering and supplementing with Swanson's tincture, for one month, we have noticed that our libidos have skyrocketed. The cost is very quite effective and the quality is unsurpassed. Very Nutritious I was looking for overall strengthening product. Oat Straw has a historical record of being everything from relaxing & strengthening for the gut, heart (including BP) & nerves,.. etc. What I really like about OS is that it is calming, so when I want to return to sleep @ 3 am I just take a dropper full under the tongue and enjoy the taste (tastes lovely). This is good for so many things, yet is gentle but effective. Enjoy a great product! February 2, 2010
