"I tried the other original very emolient body lotion that Swanson sells and was happy with it except for the fragrance. This one has no fragrance by comparison and I like that better. I will use this lotion until I find one I like better, but that doesn't seem very likely. I only gave it 4 stars for effectiveness because I haven't tried it in the wintertime yet. If it does as good then, it definitely will deserve 5 stars for effectiveness."

"I am really pleased with this lotion. It is quite thin and easy to spread over the skin area, but at the same time it really moisturizes very well and leaves the skin feeling moist with no dryness whatsoever. When I think of thin lotion, I think of Vaseline Intensive Care, but I always thought that lotion was terrible as it did not moisturize well at all. Apparently thinness does not mean poor moisturization! In addition, the Alba lotion sunk in right away and left NO greasiness AT ALL -- what a plus! I purchased the unscented because I and so many other people are very sensitive to all the fragrances manufacturers use which cause skin sensitivity or allergic reactions. This only had a very faint, minor smell that came from the actual ingredients in it (you only smelled it when actually rubbing it on), but there are no fragrances added to this product. I wish more manufacturers would make their products unscented."

"I have bought at least 3 bottles of this product now, and absolutely love it! I like to use it after every bath because I have dry skin, and it makes my skin feel so moisturized that the feeling lasts until the next bath. I love the fact that it is unscented and paraben-free so that I can use it on my toddlers after their bath too. We all have sensitive skin and I have not noticed any negative skin reactions from this product. Two more great things about this lotion is that it is not greasy and absorbs quickly, and is very reasonably priced. Thanks Swanson for another great product!"

"I have very dry skin, so I try different brands to find what works. What I found was that I need a cream, something thicker than a lotion. I suppose Alba's "Very Emollient Body Lotion Original" is emollient as a lotion, but it didn't last long enough to keep my dry skin hydrated. I do like most of Alba's products because they are relatively toxin-free (depending on what you buy)."

"This is the greatest lotion I have ever used...Best benefit......No bad chemicals. I always let people use it and they love..it.. I order it for 2 or 3 other woman who say they can not live with out it..
Totally Awsome...
The only problem is that the plunger does not go all the way to the bottom of the bottle...It is very difficult and time consuming to try to get the last 1/4 of the bottle out... That is the only problem...
