These are tablets These are small tablets, not capsules. I would expect a longer shelf-life (though I don't know if that's the case), so I prefer these. March 3, 2013
WORTH TRYING In all fairness, product was rated for what was experinced in the 3 weeks in which I used it...It should be noted, it takes, far more, than 3 weeks, usually, 20 weeks, for Biotin, and most vitamins, to have a noticeable affect...PROS...The prices here, are very good, service is great, speed of delivery, perfect, speedy...CONS Pill dosages are low, bottle amount low, it is hard to buy in bulk, or with larger Milligram dosages, and pill amounts per bottle, but will continue to buy from their company, for next few months to see what happens February 3, 2013
